Bartelt (6), Cloud(2), Ropak, Vollpak (2), Hoeller (6), Wrapade.
- Automatic Cartoners - Clybourn (Sift-Proof Boxing),
Superior, Ceco, Hayes.
- Semi-automatic Cartoners - Clybourn, Ceco.
- Fillers - Allfil, Mateer, Stokes.
- Cappers - Kaps-all.
- Can Seamers - Angelus, Panama, Dixie.
All our blending and packaging production
facilities are segregated, with independent air handling systems in
each room/area. This is to completely restrict and minimize
any cross-contamination of product. To comply with the government’s
strict product handling and testing of food products methodology, we
have a U.S.D.A. Inspector on site full time.
In addition to our
extensive dry-fill ability we also have limited hot fill
capabilities. We have a full water filtration system including
a low-pressure boiler, multi-media, charcoal and UV filters to
handle our hot-water requirements and sanitation needs.
If we do not have a
machine that suits your needs, we can work with your company, to put
the needed equipment in place. We also have a fully computerized
inventory system, this provides us with a full ability to track all
products while in the production line. This allows us to immediately
tell a customer what went into a product.
