At Transpackers, we test all the products which we package to assure
the highest quality. We have the ability to perform many of the tests on
site, if we don't have the ability on site we send out the product for
further testing. Our equipment is wide ranging, including 2 incubators,
a seal testing machine, as well as many other lab tools.
The tests which we perform onsite include:
- Organoliptic: Full sensory evaluation
- Seal Test:
-We test all items we package to make sure they are well sealed
-The test we perform include tensile strength of the seal, and internal
burst test.
- Moisture/Determination: In order to assure that your product was
packaged under ideal conditions
- Oxygen Head
- Calcium, Sodium, PH
- Precipitation
- We check all weights to assure exact standards in packaging
- Segregate non-conforming Products
We send out all micro tests to a lab to assure the most accurate testing.
